I really liked this game. The visual upgrade and open world ideas felt great. Near the end the game the open world did get a bit bland. I think they could have fixed this by adding a new area unseen by the player before and/or changing up the center area.
I didn’t like the final boss battle. The long and challenging dance is just not for me. Mainly the overuse and focus on motion controls for gameplay is just stupid to me. It’s one thing that turns these Metroid prime games from being a timeless game into something that isn’t.
